Bibado is passionate about quality and our Coveralls are built to last. That's why we've introduced the Bibado Weaning Warranty*.
For 18 months from the purchase date, we'll offer a free replacement for any Bibado product which develops a fault due to errors in manufacturing (providing the product has been cared for as per the label instructions and packaging).*
If you're like to take advantage of the Bibado Weaning Warranty, please contact us via our our online chat service or by email to enquiries@bibado.co.uk.
Our team will ask you to provide evidence and proof of purchase, and advise of replacement options. Where applicable, a like for like product will be issued.
*valid for any Bibado product purchased directly from bibado.co.uk/bibado.co from March 2022 onwards.
Returns FAQs
Absolutely! It's okay to change your mind and we offer 30 day returns for any reason, providing the item is still in its original packaging.
Please get in touch via our online chat or drop us an email to enquiries@bibado.co.uk and our customer services team will guide you through the process.
All returns postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we’ve asked you to send it back when a fault is identified.
We would suggest using a shipping method which offers a proof of postage for your return.
If you return an item or items which were part of a bundle, you will be reimbursed the discounted amount paid as part of the bundle.
