Frozen Toy Sensory Play
Ice play is a fun, free and easy sensory activity that can provide endless entertainment for your little ones whatever their age (well until the ice melts).
First of all it does take a little planning to freeze the items, this can be just a few hours but we would recommend popping them into the freezer overnight.
You will need:
1. Freezable containers, we would say Tupperware pots are the best for this.
2. Toys, we find that toys that are easy to hold are a huge hit.
3. Water
Method:
Pop the toys into the tubs, cover them with water and pop them into the freezer!
It's that easy!
You can freeze almost anything you like, some of our favourites include:
1. Flowers
2. Leaves
3. Pebbles.
4. Fabric
5. Toys
